The American Civic Association has been serving Immigrants and Refugees in the Southern Tier since 1939. From immigration services, legal counseling, community events, educational workshops, and everything in between, we are dedicated to serving the needs of the community and building a bridge of understanding across cultures. Recently, the American Civic Association has been heavily involved in spreading awareness and education about the COVID-19 vaccine in the Binghamton community.
