2022 Binghamton LOCO Festival

The LOCO festival at Binghamton University is a celebration of multiculturality, multiethnicity, and diverse thinking. This event is a collaboration between the Multicultural Resource Center, the Global Studies program at Binghamton University, and The American Civic Association at Binghamton.
